This is a slightly more advanced patterned picking tune, but like most things if you take it slow and one part at a time - it’s something anyone can do.

I’d recommended starting with a holding pattern over just the “C” chord at the beginning, play until it feels comfortable and then incorporate the next change. Repeat this slow and steady method until you are able to build up your chord fluency.
